Carnival of Personal Finance #104

Getting Green is hosting the Carnival of Personal Finance this week.

My favorites so far…

Flexo at Consumerism Commentary discusses the trade-off every parent feels between their own financial security and caring for the kids.

At Irregular Payments, there’s a very nice post about the old ‘good debt versus bad debt‘ debate.

And the Family Finance Blog compares having a garage sale and just donating the stuff and taking the tax deduction. When you do the analysis, donating is the way to go. Falls squarely in my ‘too much trouble’ category along with managing a rental property and credit card arbitrage.
