KMC - yeah you're right now that I think about it the notice I got in the mail did say the settlement wasn't complete yet. Does anyone know if the settlement is $25 for each card or per person? I only received the one notice for my Bank of America card. If I can do this for my other Visa and Mastercards too, I definitely will file.

I haven't gotten mine, but I'm sure if the settlement even completed processing yet.

Do you know if these refunds have been issued yet to anyone? I opted for the $25 but haven't got it yet.

After I shotgunned blasted the link to everyone i knew, I realized I should have done due diligence on researching to see if the site was actually legitimate since it requires inputting credit card account numbers as well as the last 4 of your social security number. That is some serious information to be giving out. Good thing the website checked out.

It is still awaiting final court approval though? God, this is going to take me a while, since I traveled a lot during those years. Thanks for the notice. I'm living overseas, so I'm sure my notice never got to me.

yep, just got mine in the mail today and signed up through the site for Option 1 ($25). Glad I saw it here before getting the letter as I probably would have trashed it otherwise. You earned me $25, but you're not getting any of it!
