Inflation, Zimbabwe Style

Here’s one from the ‘news you can’t use’ file.  Zimbabwe, home of 165,000% inflation, recently issued a $500M bank note.

It’s worth about $2 US dollars.  Oof.

    I wonder if when Mugabe goes if an investment in the Zimbabwe dollar could actually be worth something ;-) - check out this- zimbabwe.arrove.com - Zimbabwe million dollar homepage spoof. Pretty funny.

    lol… reminds me of the time I bought 100 million turkish lira for $120 as a gag. It was fun to show 5 million lira bills to people.
